You’ll serve as the primary liaison between clients, Expro regional teams, and internal stakeholders, ensuring seamless coordination of resources to meet project goals.
In addition, you’ll be responsible for managing financial performance and maintaining accountability across all phases of delivery.
This role involves overseeing a diverse range of projects, from market-launch builds to externally contracted scopes of work.
You’ll take full ownership of contractual commitments and project outcomes, with a strong emphasis on safety, enhancing team performance, driving operational efficiency and fostering continuous improvement.
Key Activities and Accountabilities Delivery of projects on schedule, within budget & to the defined specification.
This requirement is critical to the effectiveness, profitability & customer perception of projects conducted by Expro Work to company Project Management guidelines, processes & procedures, professionally managing all project work Identify, assess, maintain and proactively manage project risks and opportunities throughout the project lifecycle, implementing mitigation plans and escalation processes as required.
Demonstrate best practice in Project Management, establishing a high level of management capability within the team resulting in a positive factor in winning work from our clients Maintain benchmark performance criteria & demonstrate continuous improvement Work closely with the region business lines to ensure a smooth transition from equipment delivery to operational readiness Be the focal point for client contact Drive value by optimizing engineering & supply chain activities Provide bid support for regional business development and sales teams.
Ensure accurate and timely project status reporting (both internal & external) to key stakeholders.
Job Knowledge and Qualifications Proven project management experience within the oil & gas industry Possess or be working towards a formal project management qualification Possess the experience & ability to take full ownership of allocated subsea projects, manage project teams (including sub-contract staff) to deliver the scope & professionally develop subordinates Previous experience in managing budgets & making decisions regarding scheduling & prioritisation of activities, with the ability to coordinate the work effort of internal & external resources Results oriented, confident with strong personal initiative, with the ability to see opportunities & solutions At Expro, we live by our values, People, Performance, Planet and Partnerships.
