Overall Purpose of the Job
The HRIS Analyst is responsible for the administration, support, and optimization of the Human Resources Information System (HRIS). This role serves as a point-of-contact for HR systems and ensures data integrity, system configuration, reporting, and process improvement.
Key Activities and Accountabilities
- Act as custodian of the HR Systems Admin ticketing system ensuring timely response to queries and issues. Troubleshoot problems, analyse issues and provide solutions, escalating to next level support where necessary.
Conduct system audits on a routine basis, with follow up to the HR team for corrections in line with findings. - Maintain understanding of Group HR processes and procedures to ensure HRIS functionality and use, is fit for purpose.
- Keep up to date with new functionality and releases from the HRIS provider. Communicating relevant information to the HR management team / Subject Matter Expert (SME).
- Analyse user requirements, current procedures and problem areas to further automate processing and suggest improvements to existing HRIS to HR management team / SME.
- Assist with review, development, testing and rollout of revised functionality of HRIS.
- Update and communicate HRIS user guides, including those for HR, managers and employees, on a regular basis and as functionality changes.
- Act as focal point for the coordination of user training and its delivery in conjunction with HR management team / SME.
- Provide management reports in their agreed format as per schedule; process ad hoc requests for reports ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Undertake ad hoc projects related to the HRIS.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and internal audit requirements.
- Manage user access and security roles

Job Knowledge and Qualifications
- Holds an HR or information systems related qualification
- 2+ years’ experience within a related working environment (HR and/or HRIS role) with a strong understanding of HR processes and data flows
- Proficient in the use, maintenance and administration of a recognised HRIS and/or has HRIS configuration experience. Preferably 2+ years SAP SuccessFactors
- Experienced in working with users across different countries
- Effective communication skills (must be proficient in English)
- Proficient in Microsoft office (Excel, Word)
