Overall Purpose of the Job

Are you an organised and detail-oriented administrator with strong accounts experience? We are looking for an Accounts Administrator to join our Well Test team, providing essential financial and administrative support in a fast-paced operational environment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous accounts administration experience and strong SAP skills who enjoys working with multiple stakeholders and managing a varied workload.

Key Activities and Accountabilities:

  • Raise and manage multiple purchase requisitions
  • Process end-of-month invoicing activities
  • Maintain and update third-party tracking systems
  • Manage and process multi-line invoices
  • Upload invoices to client portals and ensure timely submission
  • Monitor and track purchase order values
  • Answer incoming calls, take messages, and relay information appropriately
  • Coordinate ordering of office stationery, furniture, and departmental supplies
  • Arrange meeting rooms and ensure materials and facilities are prepared
  • Organise travel arrangements for department personnel as required
  • Liaise with internal teams, external vendors, and stakeholders to resolve queries efficiently
  • Support the Department Manager with documentation administration and issue resolution

Job Knowledge and Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in an Accounts Administration role or similar position
  • Essential working knowledge of SAP
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
