Overall Purpose of the Job
The primary interface in area of responsibility for the creation of Master Data within the companies Rental Asset Tracking systems (SAPRAT) and the CAPEX process in SAP.
Key Activities and Accountabilities
- Owner of the Expro Equipment catalogue. Manage and maintain the accuracy of the Expro Equipment number structure / hierarchy and set up new Equipment Masters within SAPRAT.
- Collaborate with Senior PLMs to optimise asset deployment and utilisation, maximising ROI across the asset portfolio.
- Support Regional Teams with the accurate management and maintenance of pipe within SAP, ensuring data integrity and compliance with asset/inventory management processes.
- Support the Administration of the AFE portal system with setting budgets and creating CAPEX orders in SAP.
- Process approved EDF’s in SAPRAT and advise the respective Region & Product Group Finance department in a timely manner.
- Support the Administration of the AMT portal sites and systems.
- Administer the creation of new Asset Records in DocuCert.
- Ensure there is full compliance with all appropriate Expro policies and procedures.
- Assist in any other duties / activities, as directed from time to time; by line management.
- Liaise with internal and external departments as and when required to ensure all questions and queries are resolved and liaise with manager on any concerns.
Job Knowledge and Qualifications
- 5 years knowledge of asset related functionality within SAP and DocuCert.
- Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word and Powerpoint.
- Knowledge of product line equipment.
