您将负责空运及海运进出口货物的全流程操作与协调，确保货物能够准确、高效并按时完成运输。
您将与客户、航空公司、船公司、卡车运输公司、报关代理以及海外办公室保持密切沟通，确保整个运输流程顺利进行。
主要工作职责
- 负责空运及海运进出口货物从订舱到最终派送的全流程操作
- 在公司系统中建立、维护及关闭货运文件
- 获取运价，并与航空公司、船公司及运输供应商安排订舱
- 协调提货及派送安排
- 准备及审核运输及清关相关文件，包括 AWB、HAWB、B/L、T1、MRN 等
- 跟踪货物运输状态，并及时向客户及海外代理更新货物信息
- 与客户、航空公司、船公司、卡车运输公司、报关代理及海外办公室进行沟通协调
- 跟进货物延误、文件差异及其他操作问题
- 及时、专业地解决日常运输操作中的问题
- 制作客户及代理发票
- 确保所有货物按照公司内部流程以及相关海关和运输规定进行操作
我们希望您具备
基本要求
- 优先考虑具有至少 1年货运代理或物流行业工作经验的候选人
- 熟悉空运和/或海运操作流程
- 英语和中文流利
- 注重细节，具有良好的组织、协调能力
- 具备良好的沟通能力及问题解决能力
- 熟练使用 Microsoft Office
- 能够独立工作，同时具备良好的团队合作能力
- 必须拥有在英国合法且不受限制的工作权利（Full and unrestricted right to work in the UK）
优先条件
- 具有英国海关操作经验，包括 T1、临时进口/出口（Temporary Import/Export）及 MRN
- 有与航空公司、船公司、运输公司等合作的经验
- 有使用货运代理或物流管理系统的经验

About EXPRESSLINE Logistics
EXPRESSLINE Logistics is an international freight forwarding company with over 40 years of experience in the freight forwarding industry, providing global air, ocean, road and rail freight solutions.
As part of our continued growth in the UK, we are looking for Freight Forwarding Operations Coordinators to join our team in the Heathrow area.
The Role
You will be responsible for the end-to-end coordination of air and ocean import and export shipments, ensuring that shipments are handled accurately, efficiently and on time.
You will work closely with customers, carriers, hauliers, customs agents and our overseas offices to ensure smooth and efficient shipment operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end air and ocean import/export shipments, from booking through to final delivery
- Create, maintain and close shipment files in the company system
- Obtain freight rates and arrange bookings with airlines, shipping lines and transport providers
- Coordinate collections and deliveries with hauliers and transport providers
- Prepare and check shipping and customs documentation, including AWB, HAWB, B/L, T1, MRNs and other relevant documents
- Track shipments and provide timely updates to customers and overseas agents
- Liaise with customers, airlines, shipping lines, hauliers, customs agents and overseas offices
- Follow up on shipment delays, discrepancies and operational issues
- Resolve day-to-day operational issues efficiently and professionally
- Prepare customer and agent invoices
- Ensure shipments are handled in accordance with company procedures and applicable customs and transport requirements
About You
Essential
- At least 1 year of experience in freight forwarding or logistics preferred
- Good knowledge of air and/or ocean freight operations
- Fluent in both English and Chinese
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Confident using Microsoft Office
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Must have the full and unrestricted right to work in the UK
Desirable
- Experience with UK customs procedures, including T1, temporary import/export and MRNs
- Experience working with airlines, shipping lines, hauliers and other transport providers
- Experience using freight forwarding or logistics management systems
