Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join our dynamic team in our Southampton office. The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting the sales department by coordinating client interactions, managing sales documentation, and facilitating communication between clients and internal teams. Main Responsibilities

  • Assist the sales team in preparing proposals, quotations, and contracts, ensuring their timely delivery to clients via email, telephone, and in person.

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client information, and order processing within the CRM system.
  • Support the organisation of promotional events and product launches to enhance brand visibility.
  • Monitor sales targets and assist in generating reports to track progress against company objectives.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns.
  • Provide administrative support including filing, data entry, and document management.
