Depot Hire Controller

An enthusiastic, conscientious, hard working full time Hire Controller is required for our busy Tool / Small planthire company based in Colwick, Nottingham. 42.5hours per week, Company contributed Pension, 23 days paid holiday plus bank holidaysand use of a company vehicle. This is a varied role combining customer service on the hire desk managing both incoming and outgoing hires on the telephone and face to face direct with customers on a day to day basis. Coordinating with Drivers and Fitters ensuring timely deliveries and collections to site. Ensure that contracts transport documentation and other paperwork are accurately input and are up to date on the applicable computer system. Confident IT skills. Excellent planning
