This is for a STOCK CONTROL SUPERVISOR The Role: Reporting to the Procurement Manager, the Stores Supervisor has the responsibility and accountability for managing all functions of stock control for Production, including the managing of parts being sent to and received from the anodising partner. Stores Responsibilities: * Management of inventory to include receipt and issue of stock and non-stock items. * Inspection and confirmation that delivery requirements are compliant and accurate to order description, free of damage and of the correct specification and quality. * Continuous monitoring of inventory levels through periodic stocktaking activities. * Tracking and expediting of goods ordered in compliance with delivery lead times and control of goods issued to ensure management of stock is controlled through minimum stock levels. * Coordination of allocation and kitting of inventory required for scheduled work. * Collaboration & communication with the Assembly Manager to ensure assembly piece parts are ready in good time prior to the due date. * Identification, locating and reserving materials held on inventory for work scheduled or point of use and management of unused spares back onto stock.
