Injection Mould Toolmaker\\n\\nManufacture and modification of Injection mould tools in a modern well equipped toolroom, with Hurco machining centres, Sodick Wire eroders, Sodick CNC Spark eroders, Jones & Shipman Surface grinders, in house design using Pro Engineer and CAM Prgramming using powermill.\\n\\nMain Duties and Responsibilities:\\n\\n * Use of manual milling machines\\n\\n * Use of lathes\\n\\n * Use of surface and cylindrical grinders\\n\\n * Use of CNC wire eroder\\n\\n * Modification & repair of Injection Mould Tools\\n\\n * Manufacture and fitting of new injection mould tools\\n\\n * Using hand tools such as files, hacksaws and grinders\\n\\n * Experience in general toolmaking, milling, grinding and fitting\\n\\n * Wiring of Hot runner systems and fault finding\\n\\nTo be considered for the role you must have:\\n\\n * Experience in injection mould Toolmaking, and high precision machining, milling, grinding and fitting\\n\\n * Understand and have experience of fitting and assembly of complex mould tools including their repair\\n\\n * Have the ability to work to tight time scales without compromising quality and safety\\n\\n * Maintenance, repair and modification of Injection Mould Tools\\n\\n * Preparing new Mould Tools for Production\\n\\n * Candidate to have the ability to communicate well and be part of a team in a small business\\n\\nJob Type: Full Time\\n\\nBenefits:\\n\\n * Company pension\\n\\n * Flexible schedule\\n\\n * On-site parking\\n\\n * 23 days holiday plus bank holidays\\n\\nSchedule:\\n\\n * Monday to Friday 41.5 hours per week\\n\\n * Overtime available
