You will assist senior case handlers with drafting formal bills and N260 statements for detailed assessment on fast track and multi-track cases.
The ideal candidate has 2–10 years drafting experience in claimant personal injury, a legal qualification is desirable, and proficiency with Proclaim Case Management System and Costs Master is expected.
In-house experience is a plus.
