We are looking for a Finance, Economics or Business Graduate who wants to try something new and take their career in a new direction – analytical with a methodical attention to detail.
About the role:
The Costs Litigation Assistant role requires you to draft bills and cost statements for our clients. You will review client files, bill legal work and disbursements, and use our cost drafting software Cost Master and case management system Proclaim. Training will be given in new starter groups and one-to-one at your desk (both in person and over MS Teams). You will have a work Buddy and work closely with your Line Manager. Our cohort of Costs Litigation Assistants starts on 19th January 2026. If you are available to start full time from that date, we would love to hear from you! Benefits:
- Salary – £27,000 + £200 monthly commission
- Working Hours – 8:30am-5:30pm Monday-Thursday and 8:30am-5pm Friday
- Office based – Working from home offered after probation and once competent in work practices at a rate of 1 day per week
- Holidays – 23 days holiday a year, rising to 26 days PLUS a day off for your birthday after 2 years’ service
