The Role

We are currently seeking a Medical Records Analyst to provide support to our busy Legal Administration Team.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced qualified nurse to work within our friendly team

Responsibilities

  • Collating medical records – Digitally sorting and paginating medical records, and producing indexes
  • Preparing chronologies/timelines and identifying missing documents
  • Using expertise to give professional guidance to the Legal Team on client’s injuries and care.

Person Specification

  • Good IT skills – conversant with Microsoft Word and Outlook
  • Qualified general nurse with access to PIN
  • Experience of PDF Xchange Editor would be an advantage but not essential.

  • Excellent command of English
  • Nursing or Other Medical Qualification with at least 5 years’ experience
  • Experience of handling NHS complaints or working as a medical records clerk
  • Knowledge of the Proclaim case management system is an advantage.

  • Salary £32.50 per hour
  • Hybrid Working
  • 3/2 hybrid working pattern after probation.
  • 23 Days Holiday
  • Rising to 26 days, plus bank/public holidays.
