Express Recruitment are proud to be supporting a local organisation who are currently recruiting for an experienced Administrator to join their friendly team on a temporary basis, initially until March 2026 with possible permanent opportunities available.
The ideal candidate will hold experience working within a role with similar requirements, which includes large-scale data protection & ensuring that government systems are full up to date, candidates will be able to input data with high levels of accuracy. Due to the clearance requirements for the role, candidates must have been living in the UK full-time for a minimum of 5 years with no more than 6 months gap in employment.
Candidates must also possess a demonstrable track record of understanding the Data Protection Act and Freedom of Information Act in a professional setting.
- Liaise with individuals via telephone and email, addressing queries and providing support
- Maintain internal CRM databases in compliance with organisational standards
- Provide support and guidance to individuals who are requesting funding
- Process public referrals for funding with accuracy and efficiency
- Process information to third parties, ensuring confidentiality and discretion
Skills & Experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the public, colleagues, and stakeholders
- Knowledge of Safeguarding, GDPR and Data Protection
- Polite and professional telephone manner
- Proficiency in using IT packages including MS Office
