Express Recruitment are thrilled to be working in partnership with a reputable Public Sector organisation in Central Lincolnshire. Our client is looking for an experienced Full-Time Temporary Administrator to join their friendly teams, working within sensitive environments.
- Arrange meetings and co-ordinate training for staff on behalf of senior management
- Assist and support managers as required with administration duties
- Handle a range of telephone and email correspondence
- Organise sensitive documents on behalf of management and colleagues
- Monitor and update of a variety of information on bespoke systems
- Assist with the creation and evaluation regular reports
- Complete general filing, faxing and photocopying duties when required

- Previous administration experience
