Express Recruitment are thrilled to be working in partnership with a reputable Public Sector organisation in Central Lincolnshire. Our client is looking for an experienced Full-Time Temporary Administrator to join their friendly teams, working within sensitive environments.

  • Arrange meetings and co-ordinate training for staff on behalf of senior management
  • Assist and support managers as required with administration duties
  • Handle a range of telephone and email correspondence
  • Organise sensitive documents on behalf of management and colleagues
  • Monitor and update of a variety of information on bespoke systems
  • Assist with the creation and evaluation regular reports
  • Complete general filing, faxing and photocopying duties when required
