Temp to Perm Site Manager

Express Recruitment are supporting a business who are looking for an experienced civil engineering professional to oversee hands-on maintenance, repair, and installation works on site, while managing sub-contractors and championing Health and Safety initiatives.

• Oversee hands-on maintenance, repair, and installation works on civil sites
• Manage sub-contractors and ensure they are certified to work on site
• Champion Health & Safety initiatives and ensure compliance from all staff
• Investigate quality issues and resolve site concerns
• Liaise with Site Foreman and suppliers to manage equipment, materials, and updates
• Assist with risk assessments, site audits, and accident investigations
• Produce detailed site reports and method statements for senior management

Skills & Experience

• Degree or HND in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or Structural Engineering
• CSCS Black Card and EUSR Water Card
• Confined Spaces trained
• IOSH training desirable but not essential
• Full UK Driving Licence
