Temp To Perm Quantity Surveyor

We\’re delighted to be supporting a leading global property and construction consultancy.
Our client is currently seeking to recruit an experienced Quantity Surveyor, to support their team in their new Nottingham offices.
The role is offered on a temp to perm basis and offers stability to a successful applicant as well as the opportunity to work on a high-profile project.
Roles & Responsibilities
Manage cost planning, forecasting, and monitoring to keep budgets on track and identify risks early
Administer and advise on contracts, including valuations, payments, and variations
Review, benchmark and validate estimates to ensure accuracy and value for money
Work closely with clients, project teams, and supply chains to support collaboration and innovation
Provide clear, well-structured reports and commercial recommendations to senior stakeholders
Support risk identification and mitigation to safeguard financial outcomes
Skills & Experience
HNC, HND, Degree or equivalent in Quantity Surveying, Cost Management, Construction Law, or a related subject
Professional membership (RICS, CIOB, CICES, CIPS or similar) is desirable
Demonstrable experience in quantity surveying or commercial management within the UK essential
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build lasting client and colleague relationships.
