Express Recruitment are working in partnership with a reputable and growing organisation who are looking for a highly analytical and detail-focused Data Reconciliation Analyst to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a supportive and collaborative environment where data accuracy and operational performance are key priorities.
You will be responsible for analysing operational data, extracting information from digital reporting systems and ensuring consistency across multiple data sources. The successful candidate will enjoy problem solving, investigating discrepancies and working closely with operational teams to maintain data integrity.
This role is fully remote offering excellent work-life balance and flexibility. The position is on a temp to perm basis subject to 12 consecutive weeks in employment. Please only apply if you have the desired experience.
Responsibilities- Extract and export raw datasets from Power BI dashboards to monitor performance and identify discrepancies
- Maintain and update master Excel running lists ensuring data is logged accurately and in line with standardised naming conventions
- Manage version control to ensure live spreadsheets remain fully functional and error free
- Reconcile Power BI outputs against manual Excel logs to identify missing, duplicate or mismatched data
- Carry out manual data adjustments following verified operational updates
- Maintain detailed audit trails to document data changes and amendments
- Communicate with operational stakeholders to investigate and resolve data anomalies
- Previous experience working within data administration, reconciliation or analytical roles is desirable
- Basic to intermediate Excel skills are essential
- Working knowledge of Power BI including exporting data and dashboard navigation
- Excellent attention to detail with a methodical and investigative approach
- Strong communication skills with the ability to liaise with operational teams
- Organised and capable of managing multiple data sources accurately
