Express Recruitment are working with a client who have exciting expansion plans and are recruiting for a Telesales Executive to join their team, on a remote working basis. The successful candidate will ideally have experience within a highly phone-based sales position and sold in a B2B sales role. A self-motivated sales individual with experience in lead generation and B2B operations. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual to build a long-term career with excellent progression opportunities. The salary on offer is c£30,000-£40,000 plus an array of further benefits. The company also offers a company profit scheme Quarterly for the performance of new business and sales which complements your basic salary.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Maintain contact with national care functions
  • Building a corporate entity within medical care settings
  • Ascertain and qualify the quality of new leads and report via CRM
  • Develop new SME clients for increasing the book of business
  • Identify and contact prospects ensure quality of contacts
  • Presenting the features and benefits of company products to clients
  • Initiate and coordinate development of action plans to penetrate new markets
  • 50-90 new business attempts via phone daily (Essential)
  • Instructing new tender writing and bid management propositions

Skills & Experience

  • Previous care quality B2B sales experience desirable
  • High volume phone-based experience essential
  • Ability to assess and understand customer needs to fulfil their requirements
  • Competent in meeting senior stakeholders internally and externally
  • Long term career aims and sales motivated
