Location: Sutton in Ashfield, Nottinghamshire
Salary: c£31,000 FTE (c£19,000 pro rata)
• Hours: 25 per week
• 41 weeks per year
• Contract: Fixed Term Contract – Maternity Cover (until January 2027)
You will provide procurement and health and safety support across multiple sites, working closely with senior stakeholders and supporting compliance, supplier management and administrative processes that underpin safe and effective operations. Roles & Responsibilities
- Support procurement activity including supplier onboarding, contract administration and tender documentation
- Provide health and safety administrative support including risk assessments and system management
- Maintain accurate records including contracts registers, supplier data and compliance documentation
- Assist with reporting, finance system updates and purchase requisitions for central contracts
- Provide general administrative support to senior members of the Corporate Services team
Skills & Experience
- Previous experience within procurement, health and safety, compliance or administrative support roles
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Confident communicator able to liaise with internal and external stakeholders
- Competent IT skills including experience working with finance or document management systems
- Proactive, reliable and able to manage competing priorities effectively
