Express Recruitment are proud to be working in partnership with a nationally recognised care provider who are seeking an experienced Adult Social Care Manager to lead supported living services for adults with learning disabilities, autism, mental ill health and associated complex needs in Nantwich. This is an exciting opportunity to join a highly respected organisation recognised for its people-first culture, having achieved Investors in People Platinum accreditation.
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in leading teams, shaping services, driving positive outcomes, and ensuring the highest standards of safeguarding and person-centred care are delivered throughout the service.
In return, the successful candidate will receive a salary of c£35,000, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, birthday leave, healthcare and wellbeing support, life assurance, referral bonuses, structured training and development programmes, leadership progression opportunities, and the chance to join a genuinely supportive organisation where people and culture come first.
