We are partnering with a highly respected investment business seeking an experienced Strategic Partnerships professional to join a growing national team responsible for some of the most influential intermediary relationships in the UK market. This is not a traditional business development role. You'll be entrusted with a portfolio of nationally significant wealth management and financial planning partners, working closely with senior decision-makers to develop long-term strategic relationships, increase market penetration and drive substantial commercial growth. The division has undergone significant expansion and continues to receive considerable investment, creating an opportunity for an ambitious individual to play a key role in shaping its future direction. The role offers a competitive package of £100K base salary and £50K bonus for 100% target achievement, with uncapped earning potential.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Take ownership of relationships with major national wealth management and financial planning organisations
  • Influence strategy and commercial activity across a portfolio of high-value accounts
  • Work directly with senior stakeholders and key industry influencers
  • Deliver thought leadership, market insight and educational content to adviser audiences
  • Represent the business at national conferences, events, roadshows and industry forums
  • Identify and secure new strategic partnership opportunities
  • Collaborate with senior leadership on growth initiatives and market development

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience managing strategic partnerships, key accounts or national relationships
  • Strong knowledge of tax-efficient investment solutions
  • Exceptional presentation and stakeholder engagement skills
