Express Recruitment are delighted to be supporting a global construction consultancy in their search for a Senior Technical Advisor to join their team, as part of business succession planning. Offered on an initial temporary to permanent basis, this is a unique and exciting opportunity for a candidate with both hands-on and management experience in the mechanical/electrical services sector, looking to develop in their career with an excellent employer.
This role often requires extensive travel and regular overnight stays. In return, you’ll be joining a reputable organisation with opportunities for professional development and career progression.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant building regulations and standards
- Proven experience in a similar role, ideally within Mechanical or Electrical services
- Knowledge of asset tagging/PAT testing advantageous, or experience as a gas engineer
