Express Recruitment are delighted to be working in partnership with an industry leading Software Company who are recruiting a Business Development Manager to join their expanding team, based in the outskirts of Oxford. The successful candidate will possess experience selling services in a consultative manner, with the ability to oversee the full sales cycle, with long term career aims. Experience within the technology/SAAS sector is advantageous, though candidates with a background in relatable industries will also be considered.
Please note, the role involves commuting to the Oxfordshire-based office once a week. There is an excellent remuneration package on offer including:
- A basic salary of up to £50k-£60k DOE
- An uncapped commission structure realistically offering an additional £40k-£50k OTE
- 30 days holidays
- 23 personal development days a year
- £700 a year to spend on anything which aids your work-life balance
- A fully paid month-long sabbatical after 5 years’ service
