Express Recruitment are delighted to representing a global ERP supplier who are looking for a Salesforce Administrator who possesses proven application support experience to join their growing team of Salesforce professionals on a permanent basis with the option of working hybrid or remotely (locally based candidates will be required to visit Lincoln or London offices on occasions).
The successful candidate will act as the main point of contact for all Salesforce application support and troubleshooting enquiries, as well as providing companywide end user training.
In return, our client is offering a competitive salary of up to c£60,000 per annum D.O.E, with performance‑based bonus up to 5% per annum, a generous benefits package including 38 days holiday yearly (including bank holidays), sick pay, life insurance scheme, and more!
Roles and Responsibilities
- Provide ongoing technical support to internal end users across the group, whilst also formalising training workshop sessions to train focus groups on the roll out of new system features and functions
- Respond to tickets raised in the system and ensure issues are resolved within agreed SLA timescales
- Capable of utilising Gearset and Git for version control and deployments
- Keep abreast of Salesforce system enhancements and trends, whilst identifying areas to implement process improvements through upgrades to latest versions
- Provide technical mentorship to the Junior Salesforce professionals
- Support Senior Salesforce Developer and Architect with CPQ and Apex related configuration, integration and optimisation tasks
Skills and Experience
- Experienced with Salesforce platform, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud and CPQ experience being highly desirable
- Proven experience in IT application support and end user training essential
- Some working knowledge of Apex, including batch classes, triggers and CPQ logic desirable
- Exposure to working with CPQ bundles and pricing/quote templates desirable but not essential
- Some experience working with SQL, SOSL AND SOQL with the ability to perform data extraction & transformation commands preferred but not essential
- Previous work experience with middleware integration tools such as MuleSoft preferred
- Well versed with Agile/SCRUM methodologies
- Well versed in areas of data integrity and governance process management
