Residential Surveyor – Multiple Locations

The successful candidates will be RICS accredited professionals with strong surveying experience, looking to build their own patch within a fixed geographical postcode. Responsibilities and Duties

  • Provide accurate, high‑quality mortgage valuations and private home surveys.
  • Utilise market‑leading technology to deliver reports efficiently.
  • Manage workload autonomously while meeting strict deadlines and quality standards.
  • Adapt to changing business needs and adopt new inspection techniques where required.
  • Represent the company professionally, maintaining strong client and resident relationships.
