Express Recruitment are delighted to be working with one of Nottingham’s best independent Estate and Lettings Agent in Nottingham. Our client is looking to expand their ever-growing team by recruiting a confident Negotiator to join their team.
Our client is offering a fantastic salary of c£23k-£25k plus £30k OTE.
- Arrange valuations and viewings with prospective clients
- Carry out viewings on vacant properties with Vendors
- Cross sell suitable properties to clients
- Register properties and negotiate fees
- Deal with customer queries both in branch and via telephone
Skills & Experience
- Full UK driving licence essential
- Previous experience within residential sales advantageous
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Able to work independently without supervision
- Target driven and motivated
