Our client is offering a fantastic salary of c£23k-£25k plus £30k OTE.

  • Arrange valuations and viewings with prospective clients
  • Carry out viewings on vacant properties with Vendors
  • Cross sell suitable properties to clients
  • Register properties and negotiate fees
  • Deal with customer queries both in branch and via telephone

Skills & Experience

  • Full UK driving licence essential
  • Previous experience within residential sales advantageous
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Able to work independently without supervision
  • Target driven and motivated
