Overview
Are you an experienced Production or Manufacturing Administrator looking for your next career move? This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing, energetic department within a well-established manufacturer that prides itself on innovation, teamwork and quality craftsmanship, based in Nottingham.
You’ll be the link between sales, production and operations, ensuring data accuracy, smooth workflow and supplier relationships, acting as a key point within the production process within their friendly, open-plan office.

Responsibilities
- Create and maintain accurate product data, including SKUs, Bills of Materials and production routes within internal systems
- Support project and production planning by preparing costings, materials lists, labour estimates and time schedules
- Monitor and validate labour tracking data to support performance and efficiency reporting
- Coordinate with suppliers to track deliveries, resolve issues and maintain clear communication to ensure timely production
- Ensure all product, material and process information is correctly entered, maintained and kept up to date
- Assist with new product introductions by setting up and validating all required data ahead of launch
- Work closely with teams across production, engineering, procurement and quality to ensure information accuracy and smooth workflow
Qualifications
- Previous experience in production, manufacturing or stock administration
- Understanding of suppliers, ERP systems and Bills of Materials
- Confident working with Microsoft Excel and data-driven software
- Organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail
- Clear communication skills to liaise across multiple teams and suppliers
