We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client, a leading construction and civil engineering contractor, who are seeking a Graduate HR & Development Coordinator to join their growing team in County Tyrone. With an established reputation for delivering high-quality projects across a range of sectors, the organisation is committed to investing in its people and providing excellent opportunities for career development.

This is an exciting opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career HR professional looking to gain broad exposure across the employee lifecycle. Working closely with the HR Manager and wider team, you will receive ongoing support and development while playing a key role in recruitment, onboarding, training coordination, and employee engagement activities.

Skills & Experience
  • Degree-level qualification in Human Resources or a related discipline
  • Previous HR administration, placement year, internship, or graduate experience would be advantageous but is not essential
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise workload effectively
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a professional and proactive approach
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office packages with strong attention to detail and a full UK driving licence
Roles & Responsibilities
  • Supporting recruitment activities including advertising vacancies, coordinating interviews, liaising with candidates, and assisting hiring managers throughout the recruitment process
  • Managing new starter administration, conducting compliance checks, and coordinating onboarding activities to ensure a positive employee experience
  • Assisting with probationary reviews, performance management administration, and maintaining accurate employee records
  • Monitoring training compliance, identifying development requirements, and arranging relevant training courses across the business
  • Supporting HR projects, employee engagement initiatives, policy updates, and internal communications activities
