Express Recruitment are currently seeking an experienced office professional to support a busy team within a well-respected organisation. The individual will work flexibly to provide effective and comprehensive business support across the wider business and community.
Responsibilities
- Handle a variety of telephone and email queries
- Co-ordinate diaries on behalf of colleagues and management teams
- Update bespoke internal CRM databases and MS Office
- Handle sensitive situations with members of the public
- Raise customer orders and process invoices when required
Skills & Experience
- Previous office-based experience essential
