Are you passionate about supporting survivors of sexual violence and looking to take the next step in a meaningful, trauma-informed support role? Our client is a respected organisation delivering specialist services across the region, and due to continued growth, they are now seeking a dedicated Hub Support Worker to join their Sexual Violence and Abuse Hub team.

The successful candidate will bring a compassionate, survivor-centred approach, with the confidence to manage sensitive conversations, carry out structured assessments, and remain calm and professional in sometimes challenging situations. We’re looking for someone emotionally resilient, highly organised, and committed to making a real difference in the lives of those affected by sexual violence.   • Provide support to individuals within the hub
  • Complete Hub assessments and risk management plans
  • Answer helpline enquiries via telephone and email
  • Action safeguarding concerns and escape appropriately to senior colleagues
  • Liaise with external departments including social workers, GP’s and Police
  • Update the databases and log confidential call information

  • Ability to maintain accurate and confidential records

Hours: Full‑Time – Monday 11:30‑7:30, Tuesday 9‑5, Wednesday 9‑5, Thursday 11:30‑7:30, Friday 9‑5 (Hybrid Working)

Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience

Location: Nottinghamshire

Job Type: Temporary to Permanent
