Express Recruitment are proud to be representing a well‑established business complex who are looking to appoint a Concierge Receptionist to provide an efficient service to all individuals who are visiting the building.
Our client is looking to hire on a full‑time basis, working at their large site based in Nottingham City Centre, and due to their busy workload, they are looking for a candidate who can start immediately. Our client offers on‑site parking within a modern, large office complex which is due an exciting refurbishment at the beginning of 2026!
Roles and Responsibilities
- Meet and greet visitors and contractors from all different backgrounds
- Liaise with third party businesses who are based within the complex
- Monitor access and ensure visitors adhere to the signing in process
- Respond to urgent incidents and escalation to Reception Manager when required
- Handle incoming post on a daily basis
Skills and Experience
- Previous experience in a front of house/concierge role
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Professional, polite, and well‑presented manner
- Reliable with strong attention to detail
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle incidents effectively
Vacancy Summary
Hours: Full Time, Monday – Friday, 7:30am – 3:30pm
Salary: Up to c£12.50 per hour D.O.E + Holiday Pay
Location: Nottingham City Centre, onsite parking available
Job Type: Temporary to Permanent subject to 12 weeks in temporary employment
