Express Recruitment are currently recruiting for an established, renowned Nottingham-based brand who are seeking a Spanish Speaking Customer Service Advisor to join their expanding team. Our client is offering a fantastic starting basic salary of c£24,000 D.O.E. Responsibilities:
- Resolve customer enquiries via telephone and email
- Work closely with colleagues to resolve every query quickly and efficiently
- Support with general administration tasks as required
- Contribute to the overall effectiveness of the ordering CRM system
- Managing stock and ordering online systems
Skills & Experience:
- Fluent in Spanish and English essential
- Professional telephone manner and communication skills essential
- Experience in a specific telephone-based customer service role highly advantageous
- Strong IT skills, confident with MS office functions
- Ability to work under pressure, must remain calm during busy periods
