Due to continued growth and ongoing development projects with top rated housing developers, they are on the hunt for an experienced Senior Residential Site Engineer to join their site team during an exciting period of growth!
The ideal candidate will have strong experience working on residential construction projects, taking responsibility for projects across Nottinghamshire and wider East Midlands. Due to the role requiring travelling to sites, a full, clean UK driving licence is required.

Skills & Experience
- Experience working on residential construction projects from initiation to completion essential
- Qualification in Construction Engineering or a relevant subject
- Experience using CAD software
- Experience working with surveying equipment such as GPS, Leica iCon Total Station
- IT Literate including being proficient with Microsoft Office suite (Word and Excel)
- Full, clean UK driving licence
- Take the lead on setting out activities on site, establishing correct levels, alignments, and reference markers
- Review and interpret engineering drawings, ensuring clear on-site communication for layouts, quantities, and material requirements
- Work in line with project timelines, proactively supporting site progress and helping ensure key milestones are achieved
- Organise daily activities by liaising with subcontractors, managing materials, and aligning tasks with the overall programme
- Keep detailed and up-to-date documentation, including inspection records, as-built information, and environmental tracking
- Mentor Junior Site Engineers and delegate on site tasks
