Skills & Experience
- Degree qualification in Computer Science, Software Engineering or similar subject
- Demonstrable backend development skills in C# and .NET
- Possess a flexible and willing attitude towards ongoing continuous improvement plans and ready to embrace change
- Experienced working with Azure DevOps
- Be a champion for Agile development to help drive best practice throughout the business
- Demonstrable knowledge of implementing unit tests into existing systems that may be lacking
- UI experience working with the Blazor web framework desirable
- Experience working in a cloud‑native environment highly desirable
- Build automated unit and integration tests to help increase quality in the product
- Help upskill and mentor other members of the team. Specifically, team members moving from other languages to .net
- Drive best practice deployment patterns and methods
- Work in an Agile environment and help the rest of the organization move to Agile working
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define software architecture, system components, and integrations
- Design and implement software solutions that meet the business requirements while considering scalability, performance, and maintainability
