Express Recruitment are excited to be supporting a leading provider of technical services, who, due to the creation of a new team, are recruiting for an experienced digital marketing professional to join their team, based near Newark. The successful candidate will have strong experience in digital marketing, including SEO strategy development, PPC campaign management, website management, and optimisation of customer journeys for improved engagement and conversion.
There is an excellent remuneration package on offer including a basic salary of c£45k, hybrid working options, ability to purchase additional annual leave, gym membership plus more.
Roles and Responsibilities- Drive awareness and engagement for a portfolio of products, services, and solutions through taking responsibility for SEO, content optimisation and paid media campaign management.
- Attract and generate new business through digital sales channels.
- Plan, manage, and optimise SEO, paid media, display, social, and email marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with leadership and internal/external teams to align digital initiatives with strategic goals.
- Develop innovative digital campaigns to enhance performance and support business growth.
- Proven experience in strategy development to improve search engine rankings.
- Proficient in PPC campaigns, including Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and other advertising platforms.
- Skilled in designing and implementing digital marketing channel strategies.
- Experienced in website management and optimising customer journeys for better engagement and conversion.
Hours: Monday – Friday, office hours
