Skills & Experience:
- Proven ability to lead and inspire a team in a high responsibility setting
- Deep understanding of safeguarding and child protection practices
- Familiarity with care home regulations and Ofsted standards

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of a residential care setting, ensuring a safe, supportive, and nurturing environment for children
- Develop, implement, and review personalised support plans and safety protocols in line with statutory regulations
- Lead, mentor, and manage a dedicated team, including performance reviews, training, and professional development
