Express Recruitment are proud to be working in partnership with a well-established engineering and infrastructure business who are looking to recruit three experienced Project Engineers to support major projects across the Midlands region.
These are fantastic opportunities to join a growing and highly respected organisation delivering mechanical and electrical projects within the utilities and infrastructure sector. The business is currently recruiting across several specialist divisions, offering a variety of project environments and long-term career opportunities across the Midlands.
The successful candidates will play a key role in overseeing projects from pre-construction through to commissioning and handover, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest possible standards.
The remuneration package on offer includes a basic salary of up to £52,000, company car or car allowance and hybrid working possibilities!
Skills & Experience
- Previous experience within a Project Manager role within engineering, utilities, or infrastructure sectors
- Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical project delivery
- Excellent organisational and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities within fast-paced environments
- Strong knowledge of health & safety procedures, site operations, and project documentation
Roles & Responsibilities
- Produce and manage project documentation including RAMS, commissioning plans, and progress reports
- Manage mechanical and electrical projects from initial scope through to completion and handover
- Coordinate site activities, subcontractors, suppliers, and project resources to ensure smooth delivery
- Build strong relationships with clients, consultants, and internal departments throughout the project lifecycle
- Ensure all works are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
