Express Recruitment are proud to be working in partnership with a growing and highly reputable B2B business. Due to internal restructuring, our client is confidentially seeking an independent and commercially focused Marketing and Lead Generation Executive to take ownership of their marketing function and drive measurable growth. This is a hands-on, lead-generation focused role, ideal for a motivated marketer who thrives on autonomy and delivering tangible results.

The successful candidate will be responsible for generating high-quality leads per month through a mix of direct and channel marketing activity. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to take full ownership of marketing strategy and execution within a business with ambitious growth plans. In return, the successful candidate will receive a salary of up to £40k (DOE), alongside the opportunity to shape and develop a marketing function with genuine freedom and influence. The role will be fully office-based for the first six months, moving to hybrid working (2 days from home) thereafter.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement lead generation strategies to deliver qualified leads per month
  • Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns including email, LinkedIn and digital activity
  • Write engaging marketing copy for campaigns, website content and communications
  • Manage and update website content to ensure brand consistency and optimisation
  • Take ownership of marketing performance reporting, analysing ROI and refining strategy accordingly
Skills & Experience
  • Experience within a B2B marketing or lead generation role
  • Proven ability to generate measurable leads through digital and direct marketing channels
  • Confident copywriter with strong written communication skills
  • Self-motivated and capable of running marketing activity independently
  • Commercially aware with a driven and results-focused mindset
