Express Recruitment are delighted to be helping a successful and growing business with the recruitment of Customer Service Advisors to join their friendly and welcoming team in Bingham. The successful candidate will have previous customer service experience, ideally having worked in a call centre, with the ability to make customers feel listened to and be able to effectively resolve problems. The working hours are Monday – Friday 9:00-17:00, with hybrid working options available after an initial period of training full time in the office. The role is offered on an initially temporary basis with the potential of becoming permanent.

Skills & Experience

  • Previous customer service experience, ideally having worked in a call centre
  • Polite and professional telephone manner essential
  • Able to prioritise workloads
  • Strong IT skills to include MS Office essential
  • Fast and accurate data entry skills

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound telephone calls, emails, and live chat queries
  • Process customer orders within a timely manner, ensuring accuracy
  • Discuss customer requirements, provide advice and guidance
  • Provide information to customers about the service
  • Update a bespoke customer database with confidential information

Job Location: Bingham, Nottinghamshire

Salary: c£12.71 per hour + holiday pay D.O.E
