They are looking to hire a Graduate B2B Account Manager. They will be given a full, structured training programme which rivals those of organisations far larger whilst having the opportunity to be recognised as making a real difference to the business.
Their ideal candidate will be motivated by success and be competitive, along with looking to attain financial rewards for their efforts beyond their starting salary. You will have worked in a high call volume telesales/call centre position or similar, or have worked in a retail/hospitality environment where they have dealt with a high volume of customer queries and interactions. They will have obtained a 2:1 or above in a bachelor’s or master’s degree in the last three years.
In return, you can expect a strong benefits package and a competitive salary of c£30,000 + bonuses for year one (OTE c£35K), with potential earnings exceeding £60K within two years of employment. You will be based in recently renovated offices which provide the best opportunity for growth, to include meeting hubs, and break rooms complete with coffee machines!

A 2:1 bachelor's or master's degree in the last three years (all subjects considered).

Friendly, confident, and professional when speaking with people over the phone.
Any previous customer-facing experience in retail/hospitality.
Comfortable using computers and picking up new systems and software quickly.
Ready to learn, take on feedback, and develop skills in a fast-paced, fully office-based role.
