Ensuring the smooth operation of account activities, the successful candidate will have experience working in the freight sector in a similar role and be looking to build a long term career. In return, you can expect a strong benefits package including a competitive salary of c£32k, 25 days annual leave plus stats and life assurance. You will be working from recently renovated offices which provide the best opportunity for growth, to include meeting hubs, break rooms complete with table football and a fresh coffee machine!
Roles & Responsibilities- Manage customer requirements in line with established service procedures and agreed service levels
- Track and trace shipments through online systems, coordinating with external partners to resolve delivery issues
- Process shipment reports, investigate discrepancies and communicate updates or amendments as required
- Produce and maintain reports, master data and spreadsheets to support accurate costings and invoicing
- Monitor key performance indicators and elevate performance or data discrepancies when necessary
- Ensure all required documentation is accurately processed and forwarded to relevant departments
- Experience in a similar role within the freight sector
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Proactive, self‑motivated and able to work to deadlines under pressure
- IT literate with experience using reporting tools and spreadsheets
Hours: Monday to Friday
