Express Recruitment are delighted to be working in partnership with a growing and forward-thinking legal practice who are seeking an experienced Conveyancing Paralegal to join their Nottingham city centre office. This is an excellent opportunity for a confident and capable Paralegal with experience across both residential and commercial conveyancing matters to join a busy and supportive property team. The successful candidate will assist with a varied caseload while ensuring transactions progress efficiently from instruction through to completion.

Skills & Experience- Previous experience working as a Conveyancing Paralegal or Legal Assistant
- Experience within residential and/or commercial conveyancing
- Good understanding of the conveyancing process and property transactions
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage a busy workload
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- Assist with residential and commercial conveyancing transactions
- Support property sales and purchases from instruction through to completion
- Prepare legal documentation including contracts, leases and agreements
- Liaise with clients, estate agents, lenders and third parties to progress matters
- Maintain accurate case files and support fee earners with file progression
Job Location: Nottingham, Nottinghamshire
Salary: c£35,000 – £40,000 per annum (DOE)
