Our fantastic client is currently looking for an experienced Conveyancing professional to join their Eastwood based branch.
This is an amazing opportunity for an experienced individual looking to develop their skillset and progress their career within a legal environment.
- Liaise with clients to ensure full understanding of the purchase and sale contract
- Prepare documentation for the conveyancing of property
- Liaise with fellow professionals from legal practices, banks and accountancy firms
- Advise clients on the law and legal issues relating to their case
- Drafting documents, letters and contracts as required
Skills & Experience
- At least 2+ years’ post-qualification experience in Conveyancing
- Strong IT skills, including familiarity with case management systems
- Exceptional organisational abilities and attention to detail
- A collaborative and solutions-focused mindset, with outstanding communication skills
