You will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service, acting as a central point of contact for customers, suppliers and engineers. This role will involve managing inbound and outbound communications, coordinating service and maintenance jobs, raising invoices and supporting key client accounts all within a busy operational environment. This is an excellent opportunity to join a thriving business offering a stable, full‑time and office‑based role. - Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers, suppliers and engineers
- Coordinate servicing and maintenance jobs, allocating work to engineers
