Do you have at least 1 years’ experience within a sales role and looking to take the next step in your career? Our client are leaders in their industry and boast an enviable client list including blue-chip businesses such as KPMG, Vodafone and Capital One. Due to business growth plans and internal promotion, they are looking to expand their Nottingham-based sales team through recruiting an Account Executive.

The successful candidate will have experience in a sales-based position, with the ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders at C-Suite and Head-of level and hold long term career aims. Perhaps you are working in a high-volume outbound sales role or a recruitment consultant position but are looking for the next step in your sales career working in a fast growing sector, with career progression into a fully fledged Business Development Manager.

There is an excellent remuneration package on offer including a basic salary of c£30k with a further £15k OTE, alongside some excellent benefits.

Roles & Responsibilities
  • Engage with incoming leads to identify and secure promising sales opportunities
  • Build and maintain a list of potential customers to identify and qualify leads effectively
  • Use a mix of outbound strategies, including calls, emails, and social platforms, to set up sales discussions
  • Maintain and develop a pipeline of interested prospects to generate qualified sales opportunities
  • Continuously update CRM systems with accurate and relevant data to support future marketing campaigns and enhance prospect insights
  • Gain an in-depth understanding of the technology and its benefits for clients

  • Previous sales experience essential
  • Ability to assess and understand customer needs to fulfil their requirements
  • Previous experience in the healthcare sector advantageous

Hours: Full Time

Salary: c£30k + £15k OTE
