Overview
Express Recruitment are currently recruiting for an established, thriving international company based close to Nottingham city centre, who are looking to expand their busy team through recruiting multilingual candidates. There are fantastic career progression opportunities with this role and training will also be given. All applicants must be fluent in either French, German, Spanish or Italian, as well as fluent written and verbal English.
Location & Details
Nottingham office – candidates are required to attend the office for the first 2 weeks of employment, after which hybrid working is offered. There is a competitive salary on offer of up to £27k, medical cover and 24 days holiday plus bank holidays, which increases with tenure, and your birthday off work.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the end-to-end order process, from receipt to delivery and invoicing
- Handle customer inquiries promptly and professionally across multiple channels
- Resolve issues relating to availability, delivery, pricing, billing, and claims
- Share accurate product information and customer feedback to support sales and development
- Contribute to team operations through workload sharing and regional/language support
- Maintain brand standards and act as an ambassador in all communications
Skills & Experience
- Bilingual written and verbal communication skills within French, German, Spanish or Italian
- Professional telephone manner and communication skills essential
- Experience in a specific telephone based customer service role highly advantageous
- Strong IT skills, confident with MS office functions
- Ability to work under pressure, must remain calm during busy periods
