Express Recruitment are delighted to be working with a leading software company who are looking for a talented BDM to join their growing sales function. Our client is looking for a proactive, results orientated professional who is looking to join an industry leading organisation.

There is an excellent remuneration package on offer including a basic salary of up to ÂŁ50k DOE, with an uncapped commission structure offering a realistic OTE of ÂŁ90K, alongside pool car, access to perkbox and more. Hybrid working is also offered, working in the Nottingham-based office 3 days a week.

Roles & Responsibilities
  • Deliver a multi-channel approach to generate new business with both new and existing clients
  • Researching potential clients generating leads with autonomy
  • Contributing in strategy meetings, having an input in how to contact new clients
  • Meeting and exceeding monthly sales key performance indicators such as, number of new customer contacts, number of lead conversions and number of closed sales
  • Qualifying and understanding all opportunities effectively
Skills & Experience
  • Experience within a similar technology/software sales role
  • Demonstrable track record within corporate sales
  • Experience of KPIs and motivated by targets to achieve commission
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Full UK driving licence
