Express Recruitment's legal division are excited to bring this attractive Employment Law opportunity to market. Working in partnership with a highly regarded independent law firm, we are seeking a qualified Employment Law Solicitor with at least 2+ years PQE. The role offers a salary of up to c£70,000, a tax-free annual bonus, clear progression opportunities, and an excellent benefits package including private medical insurance, death in service cover, and hybrid working options.

Our client has an established Employment Law and HR team advising a commercial client base on a broad range of contentious and non-contentious employment law matters. The successful candidate will join a busy specialist department and work closely with colleagues across the wider firm.

Roles & Responsibilities
  • Advising commercial clients on a broad range of employment law and HR matters
  • Handling contentious and non-contentious employment law matters, including redundancy and TUPE
  • Advising on employment contracts, policies and procedures
  • Providing HR advice and guidance to employer clients
  • Assisting clients with employee claims and grievances
  • Supporting the Head of Employment Law & HR and collaborating with colleagues across the firm
  • Contributing to business development activities and client relationship management
  • Ensuring compliance with the firm's risk management procedures and maintaining high standards of client care

Job Location: Leicester, Leicestershire

Salary: Up to c£70,000 dependent on experience and qualifications, plus tax-free annual bonus
