Express Recruitment are actively recruiting for one of our well clients who are seeking a proactive and highly organised Interim Office Manager with a knack for streamlining HR operations and leading teams. In this key role, you will oversee a dedicated team of office-based staff, collaborate with senior partners, and bring your administrative expertise and creative problem-solving skills to enhance efficiency across the business. Due to the nature of the position, our client is seeking candidates who are available to start as soon as possible.
- Ensure the efficient day-to-day running of the office and related operational areas
- Manage a team of administrators on behalf of the partners
- Liaise with suppliers and facilities teams to resolve site-related issues and maintain service standards
- Oversee budgeting and financial administration, including expenses, invoices, and company credit card usage
- Maintain office equipment, supplies, and inventory to ensure readiness and functionality
- Manage recruitment processes, including interviewing and onboarding new staff
- Deliver staff inductions, annual appraisals, and performance reviews
- Plan and manage corporate events, ensuring high-quality execution
- Supervise freelance and contract personnel including instructors, referees, and technical operators

- Bring proven experience in office management/HR
- Be able to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
- Communicate with confidence and clarity, with excellent interpersonal skills across all levels
