Express Recruitment are proud to be working with a leading software services provider who, due to recent growth, are looking to recruit a Logistics Customer Co-Ordinator to join their established team.
Our client is looking for a driven and professional individual to handle daily communications from clients and manage engineer’s schedules. In return for your hard work, you will receive a competitive salary of c£24,500 alongside great internal progression opportunities!
- Liaise with internal and external parties ensuring full SLA is adhered
- Ensuring the communication between all parties is clear and concise
- Handle all emails and phone calls from internal and external clients
- Project reporting and ensuring specification is adhered with
- Ordering of services and booking diary commitments for the wider teams
- Provide ad-hoc administrative support to senior management colleagues
- Utilise the CRM system for information and fact finding for common faults
Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in a customer focused administration role
- Experience or an interest in technology advantageous
- Highly organised and comfortable in fast paced environment
- Technically proficient and able to pick up new technology and software with ease
- Provide a proactive approach in all aspects of working
